No Refund Policy – Viva Langostino

At Viva Langostino, we take pride in delivering the highest quality crawfish directly to our customers. Due to the nature of our products and the logistics involved, we have implemented a No Refund Policy. Please read our policy carefully:

1. Live & Perishable Products

Crawfish are live and perishable products. Once they are shipped, we cannot guarantee the quality or condition of the crawfish upon arrival, as they are subject to handling, transit times, and environmental factors. For this reason, we do not offer refunds once the order has been shipped or delivered.

2. Pre-Orders & Seasonal Demand

Due to the high demand for crawfish, especially during peak seasons (Winter, Mardi Gras, Lent, etc.), all orders are considered pre-orders and are processed in advance. As we work with limited quantities, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for pre-ordered items.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of delivery. We will do our best to resolve any issues, either by offering an exchange or credit toward a future order. Please provide clear documentation (photos of the damaged or incorrect item) for our team to review.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We are committed to ensuring timely delivery; however, once the product leaves our facility, we cannot be held responsible for delays or mishandling by the shipping carrier. We recommend choosing expedited shipping if you’re concerned about delivery times, especially during peak periods.

5. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not offer refunds for changes of mind, order cancellations, or failure to accept delivery. We encourage you to double-check your order before confirming and to reach out to us if you have any questions prior to making a purchase.

6. Exceptions

While we do not typically offer refunds, we want to ensure that our customers are satisfied. In rare cases, where an exception is considered, credits or exchanges may be issued at the discretion of our customer service team.
